摘要:以丙烯酸(AA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合法合成了具有一定耐水性能的AA-HEMA共聚物。研究了AA中和度、引发剂用量、交联剂用量与AA-HEMA共聚物耐水性能的关系,考察了将其用作低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜防雾滴剂时对薄膜防雾滴性能的影响。结果表明:在优化条件下,AA-HEMA共聚物的耐水性能优异(固化度72.5%);防雾滴LDPE薄膜的初滴时间和十滴时间分别为374,95 s,高温(60℃)持效期大于170 h,是一种性能优良的LDPE薄膜防雾滴剂。
Acrylic acid(AA)-2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)copolymer having certain water re-sistance was synthesized with AA and HEMA as raw materials,ammonium persulphate as initiator,and N,N-methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linking agent via free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution.The effects of neutra-lization degree of AA,initiator and cross-linking agent dosages on water resistance of AA-HEMA co-polymer were studied.The influences of AA-HEMA used as antifogging agent of low density polyethylene(LDPE)film on antifogging properties of films were investigated.The results indicate that under the optimizing conditions,the AA-HEMA copolymer has excellent water resistance(the curing degree is 72.5%).The first-drop time and ten-drop time of LDPE antifogging film are 374,95 s respectively,and the duration at high temperature(60℃)is more than 170 h.Therefore,the AA-HEMA copolymer is an excellent antifogging agent for LDPE films.
