摘要:在机械搅拌反应釜中,压力2.6~5.6MPa,温度210~260°C,气体质量空速500~2500L/(kg·h)的实验条件下,以液体石蜡为惰性液相热载体,对西南化工研究院研制的新型低温低压甲醇合成催化剂C302-2的三相床甲醇合成过程进行研究。考察了温度、压力、质量空速和原料气组成对甲醇合成反应的CO转化率和甲醇空时产率的影响。
The methanol synthesis using a new type C3022 catalyst developed by Southwest Research Institute of Chemical Industry which is suitable for low temperature and low pressure was studied in a mechanically agitated slurry reactor with paraffin oil as the liquid medium. The reaction conditions are the pressure ranging from 2.6 MPa to 5.6 MPa, the temperature ranging from 210 °C to 260 °C, and the mass space velocity ranging from 500 L/(kg·h) to 2 500 L/(kg·h). The effect of temperature, pressure, mass space velocity and feed composition on the conversion of carbon monoxide and the space time yield of methanol were discussed in detail.
