摘要:NOVELTY - Detecting urine sugar and uric acid in solution involves using filter paper as a paper chip and a printer to print a contour. The waterproofing agent alkyl ketene dimer is added to the printer cartridge and then the hydrophobic material is printed to obtain the detection area. The sample solution is mixed with the reagent containing horseradish peroxidase. The urine sugar and uric acid concentration in the solution with different reagents on the detection area are detected. USE - Method for detecting urine sugar and uric acid in solution (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to detect urine sugar and uric acid in solution with high sensitivity and chemical luminescence imaging in simple, cost effective, fast and easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Detecting urine sugar and uric acid in solution involves using filter paper as a paper chip and a printer to print a contour. The waterproofing agent alkyl ketene dimer is added to the printer cartridge and then the hydrophobic material is printed to obtain the detection area. The sample solution is mixed with the reagent containing horseradish peroxidase. The urine sugar and uric acid concentration in the solution with different reagents on the detection area are detected. After the detection area is dried, pictures of the test area are taken and the image processing software is used to process the photos to obtain the color intensity values of the color spots. The standard curve using color intensity of the standard solution and the concentration of urine or uric acid is drawn. The color intensity value of the unknown sample solution is detected and then fitted into the standard curve to determine the urine or uric acid concentration in the unknown solution.
