摘要:系统地研究了固化环境、液固比、原料粉末比表面积、晶种、固化液等制备条件对磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)抗压强度的影响规律。结果表明:改变制备工艺条件,可以控制浆体微结构的特征,使大孔的尺寸和数量减小、颗粒间结合强度提高,从而提高固化体的抗压强度。
The influence of preparing conditions such as solidifying environment, liquid to powder ratio, specific surface area of raw powder, HAP seed, and liquid phase on compressive strength of CPC were studied systematically. The results showed that the microstructure of CPC paste could be controlled by changing preparing conditions, and the compressive strength of CPC would be improved when the size and quantity of large pores decreased and the connecting strength between powders increasesd.
