摘要：在新工科建设背景下,生物工程学院发酵工程实验教学示范中心的实验技术人员,深入领会“三全育人”教育思想的核心,积极发挥个体主观能动性,承担了实验室管理和实验课准备等工作,逐步开展全员育人、班导师全过程育人、创新实验实践育人和科研育人、竞赛育人、课程育人、劳动育人、心理育人等工作。全面培养学生、服务学生的同时积极推进了实验课程思政建设,体现了高校实验技术人员的担当和能力,为新工科建设背景下高校全面开展全员、全过程、全方位的三全育人工作发挥了积极的作用。
Under the background of new engineering construction,experimental technicians in Demonstration Center of Experimental Teaching of Fermentation Engineering of School of Biotechnology thoroughly understood the core of the educational thought of“all-round education”,gave full play to the individual’s subjective initiative,undertook the work of laboratory management and experimental courses preparation,gradually carried out the whole staff education,the whole process of the class mentor education,innovation experiment practice education and scientific research education,competition education,curriculum education,labor education and psychological education etc.They actively promoted the ideological and political construction of experimental courses,cultivated and served students in an all-round way and reflected the responsibility and ability.Experimental technicians have played a positive role in carrying out the all-round education in colleges and universities under the background of new engineering construction.
