摘要：西方经济学家对就业问题的长期研究和探索,形成了适应市场经济要求的多角度、多层次的就业理论,如古典经济学派的就业理论、凯恩斯的充分就业理论、发展经济学派的就业理论、新凯恩斯主义的工资粘性就业理论等。本文旨在对西方就业理论的演变进程作科学、客观的评析,以期对解决我国日益严峻的就业问题有所借鉴与启示。
Employmentis the key and hot problemof our governmentand public.Western Economicshave been researching and exploring the employmentfor hundredsof years.Now there are many different employmenttheories,For example,the employmenttheory of Classical Economics,the employmenttheory of Neoclassical Economics,The employment theory of Neoclassical Synthesis,etc.The paper has analyzed the developmentof the Westernemploymenttheory.The purpose of the objective analysis is getting the useful enlightenmentfor solving our country's severe employment.
