摘要：压力容器维护保养策略的选择受到多种因素的共同影响,而经济有效的维护策略能够以最小成本维持压力容器的"安全、稳定、长周期"运行,提高企业经济效益。通过对风险定量计算方法和层次分析方法的研究,本文提出了基于风险和层次分析法相结合的维护保养策略选取方法,并结合企业的价值取向,为处于不同风险区域的压力容器选择了最佳的维护保养策略,提高了方案选择的客观性、准确性和有效性。
The choice of pressure vessel maintenance strategies was influenced by multiple factors, while cost and effective maintenance strategy can keep the safe, stable, long-period operation of pressure vessels with the minimum cost to improve the enterprise economic benefits. Conducted a further study on quantitative risk calculation method and Analytic Hierarchy Process, the maintenance strategy selection method was put forwards. Combined with enterprise value orientation, the best maintenance strategy was selected for the pressure vessels in different risk areas. The objectivity, accuracy and effectiveness of the program selection were improved.
