摘要：高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,辅导员的思想政治素质直接影响着高校人才培养质量。如何提升高校辅导员工作积极性,推动辅导员队伍职业化、专业化、专家化,是新形势下高校加强辅导员队伍建设,强化立德树人的重要工作。提升辅导员工作积极性,高校可从兴趣与好奇心、自我决定、胜任感、工作参与等内在方面着手。
College counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students,and the ideological and political quality of counselors affects the quality of college personnel training directly.How to improve the enthusiasm of college counselors and promote the professionalization,specialization and expertization of the counselor team is the important work for colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of the counselor team under the new situation.To enhance the enthusiasm of counselors,colleges and universities can start from internal aspects such as interest and curiosity,self-determination,competence,and task involvement.
