摘要:以白头翁提取液对羟自由基的体外抑制率为指标,考察提取溶剂、料液比、提取时间、提取次数对白头翁提取工艺的影响,根据单因素实验结果设计正交试验.结果表明:白头翁抑制羟自由基活性成分的最佳提取条件为水提、料液比1∶12.5、提取时间75min、提取2次,该条件下白头翁提取液对羟自由基的抑制率为51.69%,半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))为4.84g·L^(-1).
The effects of extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times in Pulsatilla chinensis (Bunge) Regel extraction process are invesgatied by the determination of hydroxyl radical inhibition rate. The orthogonal experiment is designed according to the single factor experiments. The results show that the optimal parameters of the extracting technology are using water as extraction solvent, solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 12.5, extracting 75 minutes for two times. Under these conditions the hydroxyl radical inhibition rate of Pulsatilla chinensis is 51. 69% and median inhibitory concentration (IC50)is 4.84 g · L^-1.
