摘要：随着中国社会转型不断深入,做强民间智库的呼声日益高涨。但目前中国民间智库整体实力不够强,与官方智库相比居于弱势,政府对其认可度也不高。中国民间智库的发展首先应理顺同政府之间的关系,积极寻求与政府的沟通、合作路径,提高政府的理解和认可度,促进智库研究成果转化政府的公共政策,进而实现民间智库的自我价值。
With the deepening of Chinese social transformation, more and more people agree to strengthen the nongovernmental think-tanks. But the overall strength of Chinese folk think-tanks is not strong enough which take disadvantages compared with the official think-tanks and on which the government recognition is not high. The development of Chinese nongovernmental think-tanks should first straighten out the relationship with the government and actively seek communication with the government, the cooperation path to improve the government＇s recognition and acceptance, promote the transformation of government think-tank research achievements into public policy, then to realize the self-value of think-tanks.
