摘要:对氰化物无破坏作用的间硝基苯磺酸钠(MS),通过强化传质和阴极反应,加快了银的氰化浸取反应速率。采用收缩未反应芯模型较好地描述了银的氰化浸取反应过程。实验结果表明,在MS存在下,浸取反应仍具有明显的扩散控制特征。在理论分析基础上,通过数据处理,建立了如下银的浸取反应宏观动力学模型: 1-(1-x)^(2/3)=[26.5w^(1.40)S^(0.48)[CN^-]^(0.62)exp(-6598/R′T)]t 用此模型计算所得结果与实验结果的平均偏差为4.3%。
The leaching rate of silver is sped up through the cnhancencnt of mass transport and cathode reactlon by adding MS additive. The process is well described by using Shrinking Core Model. Experimental resalts indicate that the whole precess of leaching is still controlled by. the diffusion of reactants in the presence of MS. Experimental data obtained and theoretical analysis lead to the development of the following model: 1-(1-X)2/3=[26.5w^(1.40)S^(0.48)[CN^-]^(0.02)exp(-6598/R'T)]t The average deviation of the computed results from the experimental data is found to be 4.3% only.
