摘要:NOVELTY - Preparation of 1,3-propanediol comprises performing hydrogenation reduction of propanedioate derivative (I) in the presence of catalyst. The catalyst is a supported catalyst. The supported catalyst comprises 10-40 wt.% metal copper and/or its oxide, 0-15 wt.% cocatalyst component and 60-90 wt.% carrier. The cocatalyst component is boron and/or its oxide, zinc and/or its oxide, and/or manganese and/or its oxide. The carrier is silica gel and/or mesoporous molecular sieves. USE - Method of preparing 1,3-propanediol comprises performing hydrogenation reduction of propanedioate derivative in the presence of catalyst (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has high yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of 1,3-propanediol comprises performing hydrogenation reduction of propanedioate derivative of formula (I) in the presence of catalyst. The catalyst is a supported catalyst. The supported catalyst comprises 10-40 wt.% metal copper and/or its oxide, 0-15 wt.% cocatalyst component and 60-90 wt.% carrier. The cocatalyst component is boron and/or its oxide, zinc and/or its oxide, and/or manganese and/or its oxide. The carrier is silica gel and/or mesoporous molecular sieves. R1, R2=1-4C straight-chain or branched-chain alkyl group.
