摘要：作为社会发展的中坚力量,研究生需要发挥自身优势,将科研成果转化为社会价值,而创业是实现这一价值的重要途径。但基于'研究生'与'创业者'之间存在的角色差距,研究生在大众创业的新时代背景下并没有显现出积极的态势。将角色理论应用于研究生创业研究,有助于帮助研究生群体或个体提升角色认知,理解角色内涵,明确角色定位,正视角色期待与冲突,促进角色学习,从而进一步提升研究生教育质量。
As the backbone of social development,postgraduates need to give full play to their advantages and turn scientific research achievements into social values.Entrepreneurship is an important way to realize this value.However,based on the role theory,the gap between graduate student and entrepreneur exists,postgraduates do not show a positive trend in the new era of mass entrepreneurship.Applying role theory to graduate entrepreneurship research can help graduate student group or individual improve role cognition,understand the connotation of the role,clear role play,face role expectation and conflict,promote role learning,thus further improve the quality of graduate education.
