摘要:随着计算机控制技术与Internet网络技术在化工专业实验中的应用拓展,对实验自动化程度提出了更高更新的要求。文中自主开发了自动机械手臂系统及风道自动密闭系统,将其应用于固体小球传热远程实验的操作与控制中,使实验装置具有性能稳定、实用可靠、操作简便、控制精确高、故障率低、寿命长、性价比合理等优点。
With the development of computer control and internet WebLab technique,the experimental apparatus based on advanced automatic control is demanded.By adopting the techniques of arm-and-hand system and closed system and automatic obturator of wind tunnel excogitated by self-determination,a remote-controlled experimental apparatus of solid spherule heat transfer was established.The experimental results show that the apparatus has the strong points of stabilized function,reliability,simple and convenient manipulation,high accuracy of controlling,low malfunction and reasonable cost-performance ratio(CPR).
