摘要：从采自江西南昌郊区土壤的生防菌株多粘类芽孢杆菌HY96—2代谢产物中分离得到8个化合物，其结构分别鉴定为尿嘧啶（I）、胸腺嘧啶（Ⅱ）、金雀异黄素（Ⅲ）、5，4’-二羟基-7-甲氧基黄酮（Ⅳ）、2，4-二叔丁基苯酚（Ⅴ）、对羟基苯甲醛（Ⅵ）、棕榈酸（Ⅶ）、内消旋-2，3-丁二醇（Ⅷ）。化舍物的结构通过IR、NMR、MS等波谱数据分析得到确定，其中化合物Ⅰ～Ⅶ均为首次从该菌中分离得到。
Eight compounds were isolated from the culture broth of Paenibacillus polymyxa HY96-2. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis as uracil （ Ⅰ ）, thymine （ Ⅱ）, genistein （Ⅲ）, 5, 4r-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyl flavone （Ⅳ）, 2, 4-ditert butyl phenol （ Ⅴ）, p-hydroxybenaldehyde （Ⅵ）, palmitic acid（Ⅶ） and meso-2, 3-butanediol（Ⅷ）. Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅶ were isolated from Paenibacil- lus polymyxa for the first time.
