摘要:NOVELTY - Coated polybutylene succinate scaffold comprises polybutylene succinate scaffold matrix, dopamine membrane and mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating. The mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating the outer layer of dopamine film. The dopamine film is set on the surface of the polybutylene succinate scaffold matrix. USE - The coated polybutylene succinate scaffold is useful in preparing bone defect repair material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The scaffold promotes cell adhesion, has good tissue compatibility and in vitro activity with good osteoinduction and angiogenesis effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Coated polybutylene succinate scaffold comprises polybutylene succinate scaffold matrix, dopamine membrane and mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating. The mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres coating the outer layer of dopamine film. The dopamine film is set on the surface of the polybutylene succinate scaffold matrix. The mesoporous magnesium silicate microsphere coating or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microsphere coating microsphere size is 180-220 nm, microsphere diameter is 3-5 nm and the dopamine film thickness is 50-100 nm. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing coated polybutylene succinate scaffold comprising: (1) preparing polybutylene succinate support substrate by 3D printing, where the technical parameters of 3D printing are preferably as follows cylinder temperature of 3D printing equipment is 105-120 degrees C, preferably 112 degrees C, 3D printing equipment rate is 100-200 g/minute and 3D printing equipment robot arm speed is 0.1-1 m/second; (2) forming a dopamine film on the surface of the polybutylene succinate scaffold to obtain dopamine surface-modified polybutylene succinate scaffold; (3) coating the mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres or copper-doped mesoporous magnesium silicate microspheres on dopamine surface-modified polybutylene succinate scaffold to obtain coated polybutylene succinate scaffold.
