摘要:以ε-己内酰胺(CPL)改性酪素(CA)为乳化剂,采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了改性酪素-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯接枝共聚物(PMMA-CA-CPL),并采用乳液共混法改性天然胶乳(NRL)制得了NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL乳胶膜,表征了PMMA-CA-CPL、NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL乳液及乳胶膜,考察了CPL和PMMA-CA-CPL用量对乳胶膜拉伸性能及耐溶剂性能的影响。结果表明,PMMA-CA-CPL具有明显的核-壳结构,粒子粒径为40~50 nm;随着CPL用量的增加,PMMA-CA-CPL粒子对NRL粒子包覆趋势增大,当CPL用量为1.5 g时,包覆结构最完整;当CPL用量为1.5 g、PMMA-CA-CPL质量分数为8%时,NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL乳胶膜的拉伸强度可达到31.82 MPa,比纯NRL乳胶膜提升了149%,而扯断伸长率仅下降约10%,耐溶剂性能优于纯NRL乳胶膜;随着PMMA-CA-CPL用量的增加,NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL乳胶膜表面的孔洞逐渐消失且变得光滑平整,但用量过大时,乳胶膜表面出现团聚小颗粒,粒径约为1μm;当CPL用量为1.5 g、PMMA-CA-CPL质量分数为8%时,NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL乳胶膜的表面粗糙度由纯NRL乳胶膜的160.82 nm下降至31.46 nm。
With modified 8-caprolaetam(CPL) casein(CA) as emulsifier, the modified casein-poly(methyl methacrylate) graft copolymer (PMMA-CA-CPL) was snythsized by surfac- tant-free emulsion polymerization, and the natural rubber latex (NRL)/PMMA-CA-CPL films were prepared by latex blending technology. The mierostructure of the synthesized eopolymer, NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL emulsion and films were characterized, and the effects of amount of CPL and PMMA-CA-CPL on ten- sile properties and solvent resistance of the films were investi- gated. The results showed that PMMA-CA-CPL exhibited core- shell structure, and the particles size was 40 -50 nm. With increasing PMMA-CA-CPL amount, PMMA-CA-CPL coated NRL showed a general tendency to increase, and the coated structure was perfect when CPL amount was 1.5 g. When CPL amount was 1.5 g and mass fraction of PMMA-CA-CPL was 8%, the tensile strength of NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL films reached 31.82 MPa and increased by 149% , while elongation at break decreased by 10% compared with those of pure NRL film. Meanwhile, the solvent resistance was superior to that of pure NRL film. With increasing PMMA-CA-CPL amount, the surface of the NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL films was fiat and smooth, but the agglomeration granule appeared on the surface and the grain size was about 1 μm when amount of PMMA-CA-CPL was excessive. When CPL amount was 1.5 g and mass fraction of PMMA-CA-CPL was 8%, the surface roughness of the NRL/PMMA-CA-CPL films was decreased from 160. 82 nm of pure NRL film to 31.46 nm.
