摘要:以水为溶剂,金属有机框架(MOF)负载镍和铜纳米颗粒(MOF-Ni/Cu)作为催化剂,研究了糠醛催化加氢制备环戊醇。考察了催化剂金属物质的量比、反应温度、反应时间、氢气压力等对糠醛催化加氢反应的影响。采用XRD和SEM对催化剂表面形态和结构进行了表征,利用NH 3-TPD对催化剂的酸度进行了分析,并采用XPS对催化剂的元素价态进行了分析。分析得出:在MOF-Ni/Cu催化剂中,Ni与Cu物质的量比为1∶1时,MOF-Ni/Cu催化剂比表面积和总酸度较大;制备催化剂负载金属的过程中合成了Ni-Cu合金,没有出现Ni和Cu的氧化物,Ni和Cu元素在催化反应过程中均以原子形态的形式存在,且合金金属之间存在协同效应,合金颗粒上伴随着电荷的转移。研究结果表明:与单金属催化剂MOF-Ni、MOF-Cu相比,双金属催化剂MOF-Ni/Cu具有较高的催化活性;当金属Ni与Cu物质的量比为1∶1,以水为介质、反应温度220℃、反应时间2 h、氢气压力2 MPa的条件下,糠醛转化率大于99%,环戊醇产率为59%。催化剂的重复使用性能较好,重复使用5次后,环戊醇产率稳定维持于57%左右,与初始反应活性相比无明显衰减。
The catalytic hydrogenation of furfural to cyclopentanol was investigated using water as solvent and metal-organic framework(MOF)supported nickel and copper nanoparticles(MOF-Ni/Cu)as a catalyst.The effects of catalyst metal ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and hydrogen pressure on the furfural catalytic hydrogenation reaction were investigated.The surface morphology and structure of the catalyst were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The acidity of the catalyst was analyzed by NH 3-TPD,and the element valence of the catalyst was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The analysis showed that in the MOF-Ni/Cu catalyst,when the molar ratio of Ni to Cu was 1∶1,the specific surface area and total acidity of the MOF-Ni/Cu catalyst were relatively high.During the process of preparing the catalyst with metal loading,a Ni-Cu alloy was synthesized,and no oxides of Ni and Cu were observed.Both Ni and Cu elements existed in the catalytic reaction process in atomic form,and there was a synergistic effect between the alloy metals,with charge transfer occurring on the alloy particles.The research results showed that compared with the single metal MOF-Ni and MOF-Cu,bimetallic MOF-Ni/Cu had higher catalytic activity.When the molar ratio of metal Ni and Cu was 1∶1,under the conditions of water as medium,a reaction temperature of 220℃,a reaction time of 2 h,and a hydrogen pressure of 2 MPa,the conversion rate of furfural was more than 99%and the yield of cyclopentanol was 59%.The catalyst had good reusability.After being reused for five times,the yield of cyclopentanol remained stable at about 57%,showing no significant decline compared with the initial reactivity.
