摘要:利用微波辐照对粉煤灰-碳酸钙混合物料进行热活化,研究了微波入射功率及加热温度对活化产物氧化铝浸取率的影响。结果表明,微波功率为350W时,混合物料从室温升至800℃需64s,微波功率为500W时,从室温升至800℃仅需32s。经800℃加热60s后,粉煤灰中氧化铝提取率可达95%。微波辐照粉煤灰易形成大量液相,利于固相合成反应,从而得以低温快速活化粉煤灰。
Microwave irradiation was used to activate the mixture of coal fly ash(CFA)and calcite,and the influence of microwave input power and heating temperature on aluminum extraction from CFA was investigated in this research.The results show that the mixture of CFA and calcite is heated to 800℃in 64 sat a microwave input power of 350 W,however,it is only 32 sat 500W.95%(mass fraction)of aluminum can be extracted from the CFA treated at 800℃for 60 s.A large number of liquid phases are fomed in the CFA under microwave irradiation and it accelerates the solid-state synthesis process,which leads to ultra-fast thermal activation of CFA at lower temperature.
