摘要:用 1H -NMR分析法测定了丙烯酸 - β -羟乙酯 (M1)和甲基丙烯酸正丁酯 (M2 )的共聚物组成 ,用Mayo -Lewis模型的误差变量法计算出不同温度下该体系的溶液聚合的竞聚率 ,分别为r1=0 .6 3 ,r2 =1.17(6 0℃ ) ;r1=0 .6 1,r2 =1.0 1(80℃ ) ;r1=0 .6 1,r2 =0 .97(10 0℃ ) ;r1=0 .70 ,r2 =1.0 3(12 0℃ ) ;r1=0 .6 8,r2 =0 .88(140℃ )和r1=0 .6 6 ,r2 =0 .86 (16 0℃ )。根据Arrhenius方程计算获得了该体系均聚、共聚反应频率因子之比Aii/Aij和活化能之差Eii-Eij,并讨论了溶剂。
Solution copolymerization of 2 hydroxy ethyl acrylate (HEA,M 1) and n butyl methacrylate (BMA,M 2) were carried out at 60,80,100,120, 140,160 ℃ respectively, at two sensitive feed compositions. The compositions of copolymers were analyzed by 1 H-NMR. The reactivity ratios were calculated by error in variable method(EVM) to be r 1=0.63,r 2=1.17 at 60 ℃,r 1=0.61,r 2=1.01 at 80 ℃,r 1=0.61,r 2=0.97 at 100 ℃,r 1=0.70,r 2=1.03 at 120 ℃,r 1=0.68,r 2=0.88 at 140 ℃ and r 1=0.66,r 2=0.86 at 160 ℃ respectively. The ratios of frequency factors A ii /A ij ,the differences of activation energies (E ii -E ij ) were calculated through Arrhenius equation. The effect of solvent and hydrogen-bonding on the reactivity of monomer has been discussed.
