摘要:本文合成了一种新型磺酸盐类共聚物阻垢剂,用溶液聚合的方法合成丙烯酸—丙烯酰胺共聚物,通过磺甲基化反应在分子链上引入磺酸基团。反应的最佳条件是:共聚反应温度为65℃,丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺的摩尔比为1﹕1,引发剂用量为6%,磺甲基化反应温度为60℃,磺化配比为1﹕1﹕1。本阻垢剂对碳酸钙的阻垢效果很强,在添加量为20mg/L时分别可以达到95%以上。
The sulfonate copolymer products as a new scale inhibitor are introduced and a new approach to producing the sulfonate copolymer scale inhibitor is reported. A copolymer of acrylic acid and acrylamide is synthesized by water solution polymerization, and then sulfonic acid group is introduced to the molecular chain by sulfomethyl modification. Factors effecting the efficiency of scale inhibition are studied.
