摘要：Extraction of glycerin comprises: (a) removing residual saccharide in the fermentation liquid by the transferring the medium into organic acids or their salts; (b) heating the mixture to remove the nitrogenous impurities by coagulation, and (c) extracting glycerin via distillation with a yield 95%.
