摘要:针对丘陵和地形复杂多样的地区对多功能小型农业机械的需求,设计了一款通用性高、支持模块化的智能农业作业车,其具有尺寸适中、维护费用较低、适应性强、功能多样、操作简便等优势。主体由一种四轮移动平台的作业车和功能模块2部分组成,由Arduino作为控制系统。不同的功能模块可以通过框架和作业车组合在一起用于不同的农业作业,包括喷洒农药、松土、播种、收割等。样机测试表明,设备在工作中稳定运行、全程自动化,验证了设计的合理性和稳定性。
Aiming at the demand for multi-functional small agricultural machinery in hilly and diverse terrain areas,this paper designs an intelligent agricultural operation vehicle with high versatility and support for modularizaion,which has the advantages of moderate size,low maintenance cost,strong adaptability,diverse functions,easy to operate,and so on.The main body consists of a four-wheel mobile platform operation vehicle and a function module,with Arduino as the control system.Different functional modules can be combined through frameworks and operation vehicles for different agricultural operations,including spraying pesticides,loosening soils,sowing,and harvesting,etc.Prototype testing shows that the equipment operates stably and is fully automated during operation,verifying the rationality and stability of the design.
