摘要：本文在中西方高校不同管理背景的基础上,探究中西方高校的绩效考核。从政府和社会对高校的绩效考核分别入手进行对比分析,并就考核指标设置、权重分配和方法选择等考核内容展开讨论。最后总结了西方高校绩效考核对我国高校绩效考核体系未来发展的几点启示。
Based on the different managerial backgrounds of higher education, this paper explores the performance appraisal system between Chinese and western higher education. It makes a comparative analysis between Chinese and western performance assessment implemented by government and society, and discusses the appraisal content on indicator setting, weight distribution and methods selection. Finally, certain enlightenments are given for Chinese higher education performance appraisal system in the future development.
