摘要：基于高管团队断裂带理论,选取中国电子信息产业的上市企业中国企的纵向数据,使用系统GMM模型分析高管团队任务断裂带与企业绩效之间的关系,以及公司实际控制人控股程度与市场竞争的调节作用。结果表明:公司实际控制人相对控股情形下,相比绝对控股,高管团队任务断裂带强度对企业绩效的负向影响会减弱;随着市场竞争程度的提升,上市国企高管团队任务断裂带强度对企业绩效的负向作用将增强。因此,为了发挥高管团队任务断裂带对混合所有制国企绩效的积极作用,上市国企需适度降低实际控制人股权。
Based on the panel data of 58 Chinese listed and state-owned electronic and information companies,and applying both theories of TMT faultline and ownership,we explore the moderating roles of actual controller and market competition on the relationship between TMT task faultline and the performance of state-owned companies. The results of system-GMMModel analysis indicates that,first,the negative effects of task-related TMT faultline on firms＇ performance is weakened when the level of actual controller＇shares is high compared with the lowlevel. Second,with the increasing of market competition,the negative effect of task-related TMT faultline on the performance is increasing. In order to strengthen the positive impact of task-related TMT faultline on the performance of state-owned companies,Chinese government should allowstate-owned companies to reduce the level of their controlling shares to a proper extent.
