摘要:马达加斯加是现今世界上最重要的蓝宝石产地,以马达加斯加低品质蓝宝石为研究对象,运用紫外一可见光(UV-Vis)吸收光谱和x射线荧光光谱(XRF)分析其颜色成因并对热处理工艺进行探索。敞口环境下,经1300℃~1600℃,12~20h热处理,多数样品Fe2+/Ti4+荷移减弱,深蓝色调变浅,部分样品Fe3+含量减少、Ti4+含量增加,显示出纯正的蓝色。
Abstract Madagascar is now the most important origin of sapphire all over the world. Aiming to analyze thecoloration mechanism with ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and to explore the heat treatment process of low quality sapphires from Madagascar, the sapphire samples are treated at 1300 ℃- 1600 ℃ for 12-20 h in the air, most of the samples become light ones with weaker Fe2+/Ti4+ charge transfer, and some samples show fine color in blue with the decline of Fe3. and increase of Ti4+.
