摘要：NOVELTY - in a fast biomass-cracking process for preparing liquid fuel, granulated biomass material is fast cracked in a spouted fluidized bed cracking reactor under the conditions of 0.01-0.1 MPa pressure and 400-550 degrees C with the non-condensated gas produced in the cracking reaction being used as spouting gas, fluidizing gas and carrier gas. The cracking yield may reach 76.6%. During the process, product vapor has a dwell time of 0.1-1 seconds and material biomass particles are made to circulate inside the bed, so that large grains are cracked fully until they are carried out of the bed. ADVANTAGE - Solving the difficult problem of requiring different dwell times of material particles and product vapor, the process has high biomass cracking efficiency and high liquid fuel yield.
