摘要:An evaluation procedure of hydrogen-induced damage is described in this paper for hydrogenation reactors. Mechanism of hydrogen embrittlement is discussed for both hydrogen-induced cracking in the reactor wall and hydrogen-induced disbonding under clad. Finite element analysis and experimental hydrogen charging technique are adopted to simulate the process of cracking. A critical parameter of hydrogen concentration, C(C)(H), is introduced to evaluate the susceptibility of hydrogen embrittlement for reactor steels.
