摘要：应用二维超声心动图对96例大学生运动员进行心脏探查。把探查结果与有关因素进行统计比较,且与国内外有关文献对比分析后发现,“左室假腱索”是无害性杂音产生的主要原因(与运动训练无关)。这与我国运动医学界的传统观点相悖。
In the present paper,the heart exploration of 96 college athletes is conducted by using two dimensional UCG. Then, the exploration results and the relevant factors are statistically compared and an-alyzed in the light of the internal and external literature. The conclusion is given that the left ventricular pseude- tendinous cord is the main cause of the innocuous heart murmur and that the innocuous heart murmur has nothing to do with sports training,which is contrary to the traditional views of the sports medicine circles in China.
