摘要:介绍了超声波用于污泥减量的机理,研究了超声波声能密度对污泥减量的影响。研究表明当超声波频率为200 KHz,声能密度1.1W/mL,t=300 s,MlSS减少率max=28.3%;SCOD从30 mg/L上升到110 mg/L。在声能密度0.22 W/mL时,t=450 s,MlSS减少率max=12.8%;SCOD从30 mg/L上升到85 mg/L。另外,试验中还发现大功率超声波不利于提高污泥的脱水能力。
Introduction the mechanism of ultrasound to sludge reduction, and the effection on sludge reduction of ultrasound power density is studied; The resulsts show that, when the ultrasound' s frequency is 200 KHz, t = 300 s, at a power density of 1.1W/mL, MLSS biggest reduction degree is 28.3% ; SCOD increased from 30 mg/L to 110mg/L.but when it' s at 0.22W/mL, the biggest cut degree is 12.8% and the time is 450 s; SCOD increased from 30 mg/L to 80 mg/L. besides, the big power ultrasound has an disadvantage in proving sludge dewatering ability.
