摘要:采用直径1.2 m、高6 m、内置4层塔板的有机玻璃冷模塔,以空气-水为介质,对三种开孔率(5.30%,8.07%,9.40%)的Y型固定阀塔板进行了流体力学性能研究。考察了Y型固定阀塔板结构参数和操作参数对塔板压降、雾沫夹带率和漏液率的影响。实验结果表明,在相同操作条件下,相比开孔率为8.07%,9.40%的Y型固定阀塔板,开孔率为5.30%的Y型固定阀塔板的综合性能更优。
The hydrodynamic properties of Y-shaped fixed valve trays with different opening rate(5.30%,8.07%,9.40%) were studied in a cold model tower with a diameter of 1.2 m,a height of 6 m and 4 built-in trays using air and water as medium. The effects of structural and operating parameters of the Y-type fixed valve tray on pressure drop,entrainment rate and leakage rate of the tray were investigated. The experimental results show that under the same operation conditions,the comprehensive performance of Y-type fixed valve tray with opening rate of 5.30% is better than that with opening rate of 8.07% and 9.40%,respectively.
