摘要:The prepared mesoporous silica SBA-15 was modified by doping with La by an incipient wet impregnation method. XRD, TEM, NMR and FT-IR were used to evaluate the influence of La doping amounts on the structure and hydrothermal stability of SBA-15. The results showed that the introduction of La could significantly improve the hydrothermal stability of the mesoporous silica SBA-15. The silanol groups on the defect sites of pore surface are the main place for lanthanum to enter. After being treated with steam at 750 degrees C for 40 h, La-SBA-15 with appropriated amount of La loading maintained a highly ordered structure. In addition, a mesoporous Ni/5La-SBA-15 catalyst was prepared by an incipient wet impregnation method, and steam reforming of methane was carried out on this catalyst for 100 h at 750 degrees C with CH4:H2O:N-2 = 4:12:1. During the reaction, the CH4 conversion rate remained unchanged, and the catalyst activity did not decrease, confirming that La-SBA-15 can be used as a hydrothermally stable support for catalytic reactions contained steam.
