摘要：本文基于联合国商品贸易统计数据库中2006—2016年间HS1992级6分位数据,运用固定效应模型分析贸易便利化与农产品出口质量之间的关系。研究结果显示:“一带一路”沿线国家贸易便利化水平的提升,能有效促进我国农产品出口质量的升级。并且,随着收入水平、地理位置、产品类型等的不同影响有所差异,即贸易便利化水平对农产品出口中低收入水平国家、亚洲国家、“一路”沿线国家、动植物油脂的出口产品质量正向作用效果更为显著。稳健性分析表明农产品出口质量受海关效率的影响更大。
Based on the HS19926th quantile data of the UN Comtrade Statistics database from 2006 to 2016,this paper uses a fixed effect model to analyze the relationship between trade facilitation and the quality of agricultural exports.The research results show that the improvement of the trade facilitation of the countries along the“Belt and Road”can effectively promote the upgrading of the quality of China's agricultural exports to the countries along the“Belt and Road”.Moreover,the impact is different because of different income levels,geographic locations,product types,etc.That is to say,the positive effect of trade facilitation on the quality of export products of low-and middle-income countries,Asian countries,countries along the“Road”,and animal and vegetable oils is more significant.Robustness analysis shows that the quality of agricultural exports is more affected by customs efficiency.
