摘要：NOVELTY - Preparation of polyethylene terephthalate foamed article involves uniformly mixing physically recycled polyethylene terephthalate flakes, chain extender, antioxidant and heat stabilizer, melting mixed material, carrying out extrusion granulation of molten material, solid phase polycondensation of granulated material at 210-230 degrees C under vacuum degree of 5-100 Pa for 1-5 hours to obtain foamable polyethylene terephthalate resin and foaming polyethylene terephthalate resin. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyethylene terephthalate foamed article (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of polyethylene terephthalate foamed article with uniform size and less energy consumption and without environmental pollution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyethylene terephthalate foamed article involves uniformly mixing 985-995 parts physically recycled polyethylene terephthalate flakes, 1-9 parts chain extender, 1-3 parts antioxidant and 1-3 parts heat stabilizer, melting mixed material, carrying out extrusion granulation of molten material, solid phase polycondensation of granulated material at 210-230 degrees C under vacuum degree of 5-100 Pa for 1-5 hours to obtain foamable polyethylene terephthalate resin and foaming polyethylene terephthalate resin. The chain extender comprises trifunctional chain extending monomer and polyfunctional chain extending monomer in a mass ratio of 1:3-5:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for polyethylene terephthalate foamed article prepared by the above method.
