摘要:水、甲酸、乙酸形成三元鞍型恒沸物,采用共沸蒸馏脱水和真空蒸馏,分离出甲酸浓度≥90%和乙酸浓度>99%的成品,并进行了模拟计算,得到所需的理论板数。
Water, formic acid and acetic acid constitute a ternary constant boiling mixture of the saddle type. Formic acid(cont.≥90%) and acetic acid(cont.>99%) can be obtained by separation via dehydration through azeotropic distillation followed by vacuum distillation. Through analog computation, the number of theoretical plates has been worked out as well.
