摘要:NOVELTY - Carbonyl reductase mutant comprises 263 amino acids (SEQ ID NO: 2), given in the specification. The alanine, isoleucine or proline residues at 60th, 158th and 168th position are replaced by amino acid substitutions to form a new amino acid sequence. USE - Carbonyl reductase mutant used for preparing chiral secondary alcohols by asymmetric reduction of latent carbonyl compounds, and carbonyl reductase mutant protein and restorative cell morphology (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbonyl reductase mutant has improved activity and thermal stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an isolated nucleic acid, which encodes a carbonyl reductase mutant protein; (2) a recombinant expression vector, which comprises a nucleic acid; (3) a recombinant expression transformant, which comprises recombinant expression vector; and (4) a method for preparing a carbonyl reductase mutant, which involves culturing the recombinant expression transformant to obtain a carbonyl reductase mutant from the culture.
