摘要：文章梳理了技术效率派和制度环境派对家庭农场适度规模经营的研究,提出回到村庄内部视角看待家庭农场适度规模经营的确定。结合松江家庭农场调查经验,指出村庄强大的集体制传统、基于村落成员权的土地福利分配、形式平等与事实平等兼顾的村庄大公平观等与政府、市场共同建构了家庭农场适度规模。对家庭农场的整体性认识和政策制定均有借鉴意义。
Combing the research of technical efficiency faction and institutional environment faction on family farm businesswith an appropriate scale, this paper proposed that we should view the ensure of this business from the internal perspectiveof the village. Together with the field research on the family farms in Songjiang area, authors believed it was powerful insti-tutional tradition in the village, welfare distribution based on the land rights, equality of both form and the fact of the vil-lage＇ s equality ideas, government and the market jointly contribute the family farm＇ s appreciable business scale. All theseabove have a magnificent influence on the holistic understanding and policy making on family farm.
