摘要:NOVELTY - Benzeneboronic acid modified silica gel functional chromatographic filler (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful for separation and modification of polar and nonpolar compounds in proteomics (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The filler: has certain hydrophilicity, hydrophobicity and charge responsiveness; and is suitable for mixed-mode chromatography. The preparation method has high product yield, and mild reaction conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Benzeneboronic acid modified silica gel functional chromatographic filler of formula (I) is new. R1 = benzeneboronic acid derivative group; R2 = alkenyl or mercapto; R3 = combined modified modifying group; dotted line = silica Gel i.e. spherical silica gel; n = 0-4; and m = 0-3. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of (I).
