摘要:Based upon the requirements of deep desalting of Daqing Crude , demukifier of 22 types were screened and a domestic demulsifier of type 2040 was optimally selected for testing. In the tests, correlations of process conditions(such as demulsifier dosage, washing water usage, mixing intensity, electric field intensity and temperature etc.) and desalting efficiency and results were investigated. The demulsifier of type 2040 manufactured by Shanghai Gaoqiao Petrochemical Company was considered as the best one, the demulsifier dosage was 10-20 ppm for each stage, washing water 3%-5% , optimum desalting temperature about 105℃, electric field intensity 700-900 V/cm. Addition of demulsifier and washing water at the suction of crude oil pump was suggested to increase the mixing intensity.
