摘要:天然高岭石型煤矸石化学性质稳定,难以直接提取其中有用的Al2O3。实验对高温焙烧提高煤矸石反应活性及Al2O3的提取进行了研究。在680℃、焙烧45min后,Al2O3的提取率由7.24%提高到75.31%,煤矸石的反应活性显著提高。煤矸石焙烧活化后,在适当的酸浸条件下:HCl∶煤矸石5∶1(wt)、反应时间90min、酸浓度20 wt%,Al2O3的提取率为83.67%,达到较高的提取水平,表明煤矸石经过高温焙烧和适当的酸浸取处理,可以有效提取其中的Al2O3。
The raw kaolinite-coal-waste is chemically stable and difficult to extract alumina straightly without chemical activation. In this paper, the activation of kaolinite-coal-waste and extraction of alumina is systematically studied. The results show that the reactivity of kaolinite-coal-waste and the extraction ratio of alumina are enhanced remarkably from 7.24% to 75.31% after calcination for 45min at 680℃. At suitable conditions of HCI : kaolinite = 5 : 1, reaction time of 90min and HCl concentration of 20 wt. %, the extraction ratio of alumina from the calcined coal waste is 83.67 % that is a relatively high extraction ratio. It is promising to extract alumina from the kaolinite-coal-waste via the high-temperature calcination and suitable acid-treatment process.
