摘要：针对产品概念设计阶段获取的用户需求,依据功能的本质不变性,在功能范畴下拟定了用户需求功能抽象的原则,以基本功能集为组成单元,提出了包含运动、能量、控制、关联、综合5种类型基本功能集的用户需求功能矩阵表达方法,并设计相应的表达矩阵简化算法,最后通过实例验证该表达方法的可行性和实用性,并给出了相应的结论和未来需要进一步研究的内容.
According to the essence invariability of function, the principle of abstraction for customer requirement function is firstly drawn up. Then, the expression method of customer requirement function matrix based on five function sets which include motion, power, control, enclosures and synthetic function set is proposed . Furthermore, the corresponding simplify algorithm of expression matrix is designed. After that, a case study is used to validate the proposed method. At last, the relevant conclusion and further research content are presented.
