摘要:基于机理分析,实现了催化裂化反应再生系统预测转化率和产品产率的在线软测量。对软测量的算法设计,软测量算法的实现,现场软测量应用及验证予以叙述,表明具有一定的实用价值。
Abstract Based mainly on mechanism analysis,online soft sensor for FCCU reaction conversion and resultant yields is developed.As laboratory anslysis data is adopted for online adjustment,and unit factors are introduced into the algorithms,the soft sensor has both reasonable accuracy and flexibility to adapt to varying feed characters or changing of production schemes.It is applied to operation supervision of an industrial plant of FCCU.Application results show that the designed soft sensor has practical value for process operation.
