摘要：NOVELTY - A lipopeptides detection method involves isolating lipopeptide sample and reacting lipopeptide with a fluorescent marker in the presence of a catalyst to obtain fluorescently labeled lipopeptide. The fluorescence-labeled lipopeptides are detected by using HPLC technique and the lipopeptide content is calculated by the peak area. USE - Method for quantitative detection of lipopeptides. ADVANTAGE - The method enables realizing quantitative detection of the lipopeptides in a simple manner with high sensitivity.
