摘要:NOVELTY - The method involves adding C18 of nano-magnetic particle in the water after filtering, and separating the C18 of nanometer magnetic particle by using water washing and methanol, where the water is distilled water. The washing water is 3 to 4 times, and liquid is removed to obtain the sample solution to be detected. The high efficiency liquid phase chromatography is used for detecting 4, 5-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone content in seawater according to peak area. USE - Method for detecting 4, 5-2-n-octyl-4-isothiazolin-3-ketone content in seawater by using high efficiency liquid phase chromatography. ADVANTAGE - The method enables achieving high accuracy and sensitivity.
