摘要:The urban utility tunnel is an important infrastructure to ensure the operation of the city. Because the environment in which the urban utility tunnel is located is relatively humid, the steel in this environment is susceptible to electrochemical corrosion. In this paper, the corrosion resistance of weathering steel with hot-dip galvanized aluminum coating in simulating the urban utility tunnel environment is studied. The corrosion resistance of Q345 steel, weathering steel and hot-dip galvanized aluminum coating in the initial immersion of 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution was compared by means of the electrochemical test (polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS)). The results show that the hot-dip galvanized aluminum coating can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of the substrate, and this coating can be applied to the urban utility tunnel. ? 2019 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
