摘要：通过分析渗透理论和渗透检测工艺过程 ,讨论了影响可靠性的主要因素和提高可靠性的措施。
Some factors influence the reliability of penetrant inspection were discussed through analyzing penetrating theory and testing technique.The measures for improving the reliability of penetrant inspection were proposed.
