摘要:NOVELTY - A silane crosslinked polyethylene main graft comprises 100 pts.wt. alkenyl alkoxy silane grafted polyethylene resin components, 2-8 pts.wt. crosslinking catalyst component, 0.01-0.5 pts.wt. producing agent at 120-200 degrees C, and crosslinking obtained at room temperature. The producing agent is alum, ferric sulfate, sodium sulfate with crystal water, copper sulfate with crystal water, calcium sulfate with crystal water, stearic acid and stannous oxide compound, short chain polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxy acid and acid derivatives, and/or alpha -hydroxy acid derivative. USE - Silane crosslinked polyethylene main graft. ADVANTAGE - The PE main graft has low cost, and high quality crosslinked polyethylene having commercial value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of alkenyl alkoxy silane grafted polyethylene resin component and main graft comprising melting 100 pts.wt. polyethylene resin, 0.01-5 pts.wt. alkenyl alkoxy silane and 0.01-3 pts.wt. free radical initiator, where the polyethylene (PE) resin is selected from low density PE, linear low density PE, high density PE and or ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer; the rare group alkoxy silane is dilute base dimethyl silicon and/or rare base diethoxy silane; and the free radical initiator is dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and/or 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(tertiary butyl peroxy) hexane; and (2) preparation of crosslinking catalytic component comprising melting 100 pts.wt. PE resin, 0.1-5 pts.wt. crosslinking catalyst, 0.1-5 pts.wt. antioxidant; where the crosslinking catalyst is selected from the group consisting of dibutyl tin laurate, dibutyl laurate or dibutyl tin laurate and/or di-n-octyl tin; the antioxidant is tetra( beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy phenyl) propionic acid) pentaerythritol ester, tri(2,4-ditert-butyl phenyl) phosphite ester or beta -(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionic acid and/or n-octadecanol ester.
