摘要:Nemadectin is a commercialized antibiotic which effectively eradicates pests and suitable for large-scale production. Ammonium regulation enhanced nemadectin biosynthesis by 120% in Streptomyces cyaneogriseus. Integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses revealed upregulated nemadectin biosynthetic genes, enhanced precursor pathways and altered metabolic fluxes (increased glycolysis, decreased TCA cycle). These insights into gene expression, metabolite dynamics and regulatory factors provide a foundation for optimizing fermentation and genetic engineering in S. cyaneogriseus. Multi-omics analysis contribute to the understanding of nemadectin synthesis mechanism. ? 2025, The Authors. All rights reserved.
