摘要:指出了目前滚动轴承刚度计算方法存在的问题,对圆锥滚子轴承载荷分布进行了分析;通过Hertz理论得出了沿圆锥滚子母线方向的弹性变形量表达式;根据Dowson-Higginson油膜厚度公式得出了沿圆锥滚子母线的油膜厚度表达式;推导出考虑油膜厚度时计算圆锥滚子轴承径向刚度的数学公式。实际算例结果表明:当径向载荷不高的情况下,油膜的存在对轴承刚度影响较大,实际计算中不应忽略;随着径向载荷的增大,油膜对轴承刚度的影响逐渐减弱。
After pointing out the disadvantages existed in the actual studies of stiffness of roller bearing,the load distribution of the tapered roller bearing was analyzed and the deformation expressions of the roller along the generatrix were educed.The film thickness along the generatrix was got by using elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory and Dowson-Higginson formula.An equation to calculate the radial stiffness of roller bearing was developed.A practical example indicates that under a light load the oil-film makes an obvious effect on the value of the radial stiffness and with the increase of the load,this effect becomes weaker.
