摘要:首先制备了聚碳酸酯/氮化硼(PC/BN)复合材料,考察了BN含量对复合材料导热性能和力学性能的影响,实验结果表明BN可以提高PC的导热性能,当BN含量为30%时,PC/BN复合材料的导热系数为1.38 W/(m·K),比纯PC的导热系数提高了约7倍,但PC的力学性能损坏严重。在PC/BN复合材料中填充少量碳纤维(CF),结果表明少量CF的加入,不仅可以进一步提高PC/BN复合材料的导热性能,而且还可以较显著地改善其力学性能。当CF含量为7%时,PC/BN/CF的导热系数、拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度比PC/BN复合材料的分别提高了14.5%,113%,64%和157%。
The effects of BN content on the thermal conductivity and mechanical property of polycarbonate( PC)composites were investigated. The results show that with the addition of BN,the thermal conductivity of PC composites is improved. When the BN content is 30%,the thermal conductivity of PC / BN composites is 1. 38 W /( m·K),increased by 7 folds over pure PC. However,high content of BN deteriorate the mechanical property of PC composites.Then PC / BN composites reinforced with carbon fiber( CF) was prepared. It is found that CF can further improve the thermal conductivity and mechanical property of PC / BN composites. When the CF content is 7%,the thermal conductivity,tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength of PC / BN / CF composites are increased by 14. 5%,113%,64% and 157% respectively,compared with PC / BN composites.
